What this is

grATTitude is a personal journaling web application. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account

• You must provide a valid email address or Google account to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service
• One person per account — accounts are not transferable

Your content

You own everything you write in grATTitude. Your journal entries belong to you. We don't claim any rights to your content, and we don't read, analyse, or share it.

You can export all your data or delete your account at any time from Settings.

Free and paid plans

• grATTitude offers a free tier with core journaling features
• Premium features are available via a paid subscription
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You can cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period
• We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, but we'll consider reasonable requests

Acceptable use

grATTitude is a personal journaling tool. Please don't:

• Use automated scripts to access the service
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Use the service for anything illegal
• Try to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the service

The service

• We aim to keep grATTitude available and reliable, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime
• We may update features, design, or pricing with reasonable notice
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
• We may discontinue the service with 30 days' notice — in that case, you'll be able to export all your data

Liability

grATTitude is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any loss of data, though we take reasonable steps to protect it (encryption in transit, per-user security rules, regular backups).

Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
